tomato and prawns soup
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook 2 sliced shallots for a minute over low heat.
Add 10 tomatoes and cook until pureed, about 30 minutes.
Season with salt , pepper and saffron.
Process all by immersion mixer and add two spoons of cornstarch and 2 glasses of vegetable or fish broth.
Independently Fill a sausepan with salted water and boil the prawns for 3 - 4 minutes.
put the tomato soup into bowls and add boiled prawns and herbs
